• Raw Material Bale Opening Process: For compressed and baled raw materials such as waste PET beverage bottles and daily chemical bottles, the mechanical tearing and scattering function of the bale opener is used to loosely split the tight bales, remove entangled sundries, make pretreatment for subsequent label removal and crushing processes, and ensure uniform and smooth material transportation.
• Mechanical Label Removal Process: Through the high-speed rotating brush and mechanical friction structure of the bottle label remover, the paper and plastic labels on the surface of PET bottles are quickly stripped to achieve efficient separation of labels and bottle bodies, reducing the pollution of label paper scraps to subsequent cleaning links from the sourc
• Wet Crushing Process: The plastic crusher adopting wet operation mode crushes the complete PET bottles after label removal into uniform flakes of 14-16mm. Wet crushing can simultaneously wash surface floating dust and sediment, avoid dust pollution during the crushing process, and lay a foundation for subsequent deep cleaning.
• High-speed Friction Cleaning Process: As the core link to remove stubborn stains, the high-speed friction washer uses high-speed water flow and material mutual friction to strongly decompose difficult-to-clean impurities such as adhesive, engine oil, stains and residual beverages on the surface of flakes. Highly polluted PET materials can be used in series with multiple sets of friction washers to further improve the purification effect.
• Flotation Separation and Cleaning Process: Relying on the principle of material density difference, the floating washer can accurately separate light floating impurities (PE/PP bottle caps, plastic rings, film debris) and heavy sinking impurities (PVC debris, metal particles, sand and glass), realizing accurate separation of PET flakes from alien plastics and solid impurities, which is a key process to ensure high purity of flakes.
• Multi-stage Rinsing Process: The separated flakes enter the multi-stage clean water rinsing unit to further remove residual trace oil stains and fine impurities, and dilute the residual chemical additives to ensure that the finished flakes meet environmental protection and food-grade safety standards.
• Horizontal Deep Dehydration Process: The horizontal dehydrator is used for high-speed centrifugal dehydration of the rinsed wet flakes, which can reduce the moisture content of the flakes to within 1-2%. No additional drying is required, which directly meets the requirements of subsequent deep processing production and greatly saves production site and time cost.
• Finished Product Storage and Discharging Process: The dehydrated high-purity PET flakes are collected and stored by conveying equipment, which can be directly packaged and stored in the warehouse or connected to downstream equipment such as granulators and spinning machines to realize seamless connection of the entire recycling process.
