High Speed Friction Washer

Product Description

● The crushed material falls from the feed port to the feed bin, and then is sent into the friction bin by the large pitch spiral blades on the rotor
● In the friction bin, the high-speed rotation of the rotor drives the material to form friction with the rotor and the screen to expand the material, while removing the impurities contained in the material and causing it to leak out of the screen
● The material continues to be pushed by the rotor and discharged from the discharge port.
