The PE film washing line is a highly specialized equipment line designed specifically for the recovery and processing of used PE film materials.

After the initial crushing by large crushers, the fragments are then sent to efficient cleaning equipment to remove dirt and other impurities. The cleaned PE film fragments will enter the separation stage. Next, these clean film fragments will be sent to the drying equipment, where the moisture on the surface and inside will be quickly removed through hot air drying technology.

Through a series of precise processes, this production line effectively cleans, separates and dries waste PE film, ultimately converting it into clean raw materials that can be reused.
