Starting from the initial crushing, impurities, oil and dust in HDPE plastic are effectively removed through multi-stage screening and powerful cleaning equipment.
The PE PP hard plastic washing line is also equipped with an intelligent control system that can realize automatic operation, greatly reducing labor and improving production efficiency.
The belt conveyor is for transport the plastics to crusher, which can directly and automatically transport.
Large materials are processed into small pieces in this crusher, which improves the washing result and makes the final product easy to packing.
Remove out the labels from the waste PET bottles.
For mixed plastics with high contamination or persistent dirt, for instance, PET and film flakes.
Washing out the floating caps, rings and dirty from the bottle flakes.
The moisture in the material is separated by high-speed rotation to improve the drying efficiency.
