PET Bottle Recycling Line

PET washing line is an automated production line specially designed for recycling waste PET plastic bottles. Through multiple processes, it converts waste bottles into clean recycled plastic fragments for subsequent processing.

Various capacity from 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h, 2000kg/h. 3000kg/h to 6000kg/h, we can manufacture the different PET bottle recycling line based on different customer’s requirements.

    Absolutely. Our PET washing line is specially equipped with a highly efficient hot alkaline washing system and a powerful friction cleaner, which can effectively break down and remove all kinds of stubborn oil stains. At the same time, our flotation tank design can precisely separate the bottle cap (PP/PE) and the bottle body (PET), ensuring the purity of the final flakes.
    When using suitable raw materials (such as sorted PET bottles) and operating correctly, the purity of PET bottle flakes produced by our production line can typically reach over 99%.
    We place great emphasis on energy conservation and environmental protection in our production line. The entire line uses a water circulation system, which significantly reduces the consumption of fresh water. Regarding energy consumption, we select high-efficiency motors and transmission systems, and employ hot air circulation technology in the drying process, which significantly reduces electricity and heat consumption.
    We provide professional overseas installation and commissioning services. Our engineers will go to the site in person to ensure the equipment is installed correctly and operating normally.
