Plastic Dewatering Machine is a centrifugal dehydration equipment designed for plastic fragments, particles or products. Dewatering machine is mainly used in the back-end process of the washing line. It quickly separates the surface moisture of the material through the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, improves the drying efficiency, and reduces the subsequent drying energy consumption, suitable for PET bottle flakes, HDPE/PP flakes, etc.

Plastic Dewatering Machine Features:

Efficient Dehydration: With stainless steel inner tank and high-speed motor (usually 800-1500rpm), centrifugal force can quickly remove more than 90% of surface moisture and shorten drying time.
Large-capacity Processing: The volume ranges from 50L to 500L, which is suitable for different production capacity requirements. It can process 50-300kg of materials at a time (depending on the model).
Corrosion-resistant Material: The inner tank and outer shell are made of 304 stainless steel or PP anti-corrosion material, which is acid-alkali-resistant, rust-proof, and adaptable to humid environments and plastic cleaning agent corrosion.
Automation Integration: Plastic dewatering machine can be linked to the plastic recycling washing line, and PLC controls automatic feeding, dehydration, and discharging.
Safe and Stable: Equipped with motor overload protection, emergency braking, and shockproof foot pads, it runs smoothly and with low noise.
